Weekly Workout Schedule: Week of March 22, 2021

It's a new week and a new opportunity to start fresh with healthy habits. I actually love Sundays because of this. I get my meal planning, grocery shopping, and working planning all done on Sundays. What about you?


If you're in need of some workout inspo, here's what I'll be doing in terms of Peloton workouts this week. I'm going to focus on more strength training over the next few weeks, as I've honestly not done this as much as I need to.

Friday:

I'm repeating the same 20m Upper Body strength with Robin & 10m Core with Robin (see links above) I like doing the same workout more than once in a week!


Saturday:


Sunday:

Outdoor walk! I love saving one day for active recovery, and I usually pick Sundays to do this. Get outside, get some sunshine, and get moving!
